Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 2 days subject to the below guidelines:

Damaged / Defective:

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 2 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • If the package is damaged/tampered, insist on opening in front of the courier person and record the content/condition of the packet and get this signed by the delivery person. Also mention "Package received damaged" on the Courier slip which you are signing. This is important for getting a replacement/insurance. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
  • In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.

Products not eligible for returns

Products that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned in this manner, as they are directly serviced by the manufacturer. These include all medical equipment and consumer durables such as but not limited to wheel chairs, nebulizers, monitors etc. We will advise if a return falls in such a category. Please contact your local authorised service centre of the manufacturer for such products, and follow their instructions.

Additionally, products such as healing supports, baby care, personal care and other similar categories that are sold in different sizes are not eligible for returns if the delivered size is correct as per your order but it does not fit you. In case of any confusion on the size, please refer the size chart or call our Customer Care (080-23390078, 10am - 8pm, Mon -Sat).

Undelivered orders

If an order has been undelivered due to refusal by the recipient or shipping location, or due to incorrect address, phone number or premises being closed then such an order will be also be additionally governed by our Delivery Policy. Such orders will be subject to, to and fro shipping charges (irrespective of whether the order qualifies for free shipping or not), as well as all associated taxes and payment gateway charges. In the event that the product is damaged upon receipt by our warehouse, then no refund will be applicable.

You may return the product to us as follows:

  • Please bring it to our notice via the Returns feature on the website or by calling up our Customer Care (080-23390078, 10am - 8pm, Mon -Sat) or emailing us at [email protected] within 2 days of product delivery, stating clearly the order ID, the reason for return and any supporting pictures or documents.
  • Once you have approval from our Customer Care that the product can be returned, you may return the product in an unused condition, along with the original packing and invoice  to the address below:

  • We will not be able to accept returns
    • If they are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
    • If the product or the packaging is damaged or the product has been used. The same product will be shipped back to the customer at the expense of the customer.

Refunds and Replacements:

On genuine claims, Angooor will dispatch a replacement order. It can take upto 21 working days for us to ship a replacement order to you after we have received the original order from you. We request you to kindly be patient while we investigate the issue and process a replacement order. Our customer care will keep you updated during the entire process.

In extraordinary circumstances, we will refund the amount paid for the product. We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Bank Transfer via NEFT or Cash Deposit, then we will need your bank account details to process the refund.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
