Delivery Information

We deliver to all locations in India and aim to ship most orders placed, within 1-3 working days unless specified otherwise during checkout or via our customer support. Please allow 2-5 working days, from the date of shipping, for your order to arrive at your shipping address although this may vary depending on your shipping address and the courier's delivery standards. In some cases it might take additional working days if the shipping address is not in any of the metros or major cities, or if the parcel is bulky and has been sent by surface transport. Please expect additional delays during festive seasons or in case of weather disruptions/natural calamities. Note that orders will not be delivered on Sundays and public holidays. They will be attempted for delivery on the next working day. In some unique cases, orders may take upto 15 days for delivery due to customisation of the product. Our customer support will keep you updated on the status at all times.

We ship most of our orders via reputed courier companies such as FedEx, BlueDart, DTDC and India Speedpost. You can track the status of your order online at all times on our Order Tracking page.

We take special care to discretely pack all orders, especially those that contain personal and sexual wellness products. No product information is displayed on the packaging. Note, that bulky items such as walking sticks or healing supports cannot be packed discretely due to courier regulations and will be visible at all times during shipment.

We offer Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking) and Bank Transfer as payment modes.

We offer free shipping above a total purchase of Rs. 499 (ex. VAT). For shopping amounts below Rs. 499, a delivery charge of Rs. 75 will be applicable during checkout.

  • Please indicate, during checkout, if there is any specific time slot you would like the delivery to take place. We will make all efforts to ensure delivery between the specified timeslot. Our delivery agents will call you before attempting a delivery so please provide a contact number for them to reach you during checkout.
  • If the delivery fails repeatedly for the same order twice, then the order will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded, less delivery charges. A third attempt may be made upon specific request from you.
  • If the product is returned back to us due to non-delivery, then additional shipping charges will be applicable in case the product is to be re-shipped back to you. Our customer support will advise you on the amount as well as the procedure to pay online before re-shipping can be attempted.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out from our premises.
